Hashbrowns and Spicy Eggs

my secret trick for getting ryan up on a saturday morning is to make breakfast. ryan's secret trick for getting me to make breakfast saturday morning is probably sleeping in.

i buy frozen plain hashbrowns and fry them in a skillet, season with s&p. everyone has their special way or special ingredients to make scrambled eggs. mine is to put pepperjack cheese in them. i like the extra kick.

  1. Okay, I don't like hashbrowns, but found an amazing kind I DO love to eat! They're the dehydrated ones you get for food storage. It's like they have their own amazing seasoning already in them and they don't take up any freezer space! YUMMMMM!!!! You've gotta try them!
